Perfect place because it is located in the city center, with a private parking place, clean rooms, nice staff, fitness room and sauna, satellite TV and good restaurant. No complain at all. Thanks for your warm welcome.

The Kaiserhof (4-star hotel) deserves top rating for the best hotel in town with friendly and skilled staff, newly renovated rooms and restaurant, free parking, delicious breakfast, central location and fabulous beds. I can recommend it and will certainly return on my next business trip to Ried/Innkreis.

This was one good hotel/ people I will always remember. When I reached this hotel, I was traveling long hours. It was on a Sunday, and there were very limited food service available in town, not to mention the town was not familiar to me. The receptionist, Romana, welcomed me with great hospitality, and helped me get everything I needed. She took me to my room, and I was settled down in no time. The hospitality did not end there. The girls in the breakfast room were great and gave me everything I would needed. One day, I asked one of the ladies in the breakfast room that I wanted to some orange juice to take to my room. She went back, and got me what I needed. And, then, every morning after that (when she was working) she brought me orange juice to take after breakfast. That is what I call great service and hospitality. Thank you so much for making my stay very comfortable. Abdillah Mohamed, USA.

We stayed here for two nights while in the town for a wedding. It is located in the center of town. It is quite modern. The front desk help was very friendly and helpful. They even called to find a restaurant that was open late on Sunday night( as many restaurants in Austria are closed on Sundays). The room was large and comfortable.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. It has a mountain-house style, quite cozy. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Also the restaurant is good, for a reasonable price it serves very big dishes. I recommend this place

The nice and smart hotel with ideal location to explore the old city. Clean and quiet, rooms with WiFi. Friendly and very helpful staff (found two umbrellas for us as it was raining;) Nice lobby and amazing breakfast for every taste and yummy baked goods))! Parking for hotel guests.

We came together with our 1 year old son and had a great stay at the hotel, especially because of the extremly friendly and helpful owners and staff that made us feel very comfortable and went out of their way to help us with our kid. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel when you are in the area!

Our family will remember the time at your hotel! We were on a holiday, and our car broke down in Ried. For Our luck, we found Kaiserhof, and spent a night there. It was one of the Highlights of our whole holiday. The warm and personal hospitality really warmed our heart, we were treated with much care and also generousity. I highly recommend trying the breakfast, it is 5 Star! The richness, the quality and also the service. Thank you again!!! Family with 3 kids
